Evoc Course Layout - The goal of this program is to prepare participants to instruct law enforcement personnel in the proper use of emergency vehicles. Vehicle operator course (evoc) establishes a national standard curriculum for providing the emergency vehicle operator with rules, information, demonstration, and field experience. Participants will gain and/or verify a broad range of competencies associated with emergency vehicle driving, including basic understanding of emergency vehicle operations and skills necessary for.
