Learn practical exercises and meditations to retrain your attention and create new awareness, align your body and mind, and connect you to. Be inspired to get outside and appreciate illinois' natural beauty all seasons of the year. And yet, there often are many obstacles to spending time in connection with nature. Nature connection means two things: The nature conservancy is tackling the root causes of some of the toughest problems facing people and nature today, replicating good ideas to save many places and improve people’s lives.
